With prices surging throughout South Florida, the very centralized corridor along Coral Way has become a very attractive and affordable area for locals.  Not only is this area minutes from Brickell, Coral Gables, Miracle Mile, Coconut Grove and MIA airport, but if you take a closer look you'll find houses with charm and cozy tree-lined streets.  Most of my buyers within the $300k to $600k range have seen their purchasing power diminished in recent months, especially in other parts of town.  Areas such as Morningside, Coral Gables, South Miami and High Pines are reflecting soaring home prices to levels close (if not higher) than those seen during the height of the market.   Such inflation leads us to look at what some of these less known, yet very desirable areas have to offer!  

 

Coral Gate, a Gables style enclosed community off Miracle Mile, currently has only 3 active properties ranging from $398k to $440k.  Click here to see the 3 available properties for sale in Coral Gate.  

Silver Bluff

Silver Bluff, which sits just North of US 1 from 17th Ave West to 27th Ave has 15 active properties for sale ranging from $215k to $592k. Click here for my top options of active properties for sale in the Silver Bluff area.  

Shenandoah

Shenandoah, which runs from SW 8th street to Coral Way and from 27th Ave to 12th Ave, has over 50 available properties for sale with prices ranging from $150k to $798k.  Here is a mix of available properties for sale in Shenandoah.  

The Roads For Sale

Last, but not least, is the very popular Roads area which has been very competitive as usual.  Prices here are a bit steeper with options well over $1m to the high $300's.  Here are some of the available options in The Roads.
