A graduate of Florida State University with degrees in Finance and Real Estate, Josh Garcia offers a unique skill set that enables him to expertly serve multiple roles. For years during college, Josh managed a team that sold educational books door-to-door, serving as the foundation for his unwavering work ethic and his career in sales and consulting. As a Realtor, Josh built strong relationships with local, regional and national banking institutions (Bank United, FirstBank Florida, and Fannie Mae) by assisting them in the evaluation, asset preservation, marketing and selling of REOs. In 2009, he parlayed the expertise he gained in these to jumpstart a successful career with EWM Realty.
Josh has an understanding of all types of clients, having assisted in multi-million dollar transactions. In his off time, he has mastered his skills of not burning churrasco or beef sliders on the grill, which he pairs with his famous homemade chimichurri or truffle mayonnaise sauces.
