Josh has proven to be one of the most successful realtors in Miami since beginning his career in 2009 with EWM Realty. In his first year he had over $600,000 in sales, and since then this volume has increased substantially, averaging over $10 million per year. In 2010, just one year after he started, Josh was honored with an invitation to EWM Realty’s prestigious Chairman’s Club for a volume of sales within the top 2% nationally.
 
In every year since then, he has consistently made Chairman’s Club, achieving $4.6 million in sales volume for 2010; $5.2 million for 2011; $10.5 million for 2012 (for which he made President’s Club for a sales volume within the top 1% nationally); and $7.3 million for 2013. He ended 2014 with a sales volume of $10 million, which earned him yet another Chairman’s Club invitation. Just a few months into 2015, Josh has already made $9 million in sales volume, a clear sign of yet another productive year. 
 
Indeed, Josh’s sales are projected to continue raising the bar of performance. He currently has $1 million under contract, $1 million in active listings, and another $2 million in new listings. His work with residential buyers is worth up to $5 million, with 10 active listings and 7 pending sales. Despite all this work, at any given time Josh is managing around 35 FNMA listings – a clear sign of his passion for real estate.
 
Josh is dedicated to finding the right property for each of his client’s specific needs. His high sales volume is the result of his versatile and personalized approach to real estate service. A graduate of Florida State University with degrees in Finance and Real Estate, Josh offers a unique skill set that enables him to expertly serve multiple roles. As a realtor he has worked with all levels of clients, from buyers and sellers to landlords and tenants. As a financer he has built strong relationships with local, regional, and national banking institutions (e.g., Bank United, FirstBank Florida, and Fannie Mae) by assisting them in the evaluation, asset preservation, marketing, and selling of REO’s.

Josh has an understanding of all types of clients, having assisted in transactions ranging from $50 thousand up to $5 million.
